📋 Description

• Devote significant time to field campaigning and conference engagement, driving sales by strategically promoting 503A preparations • Identify and target potential prescribers, physicians, clinics, and healthcare facilities to expand the 503A compounding pharmacy network • Seek new business opportunities and healthcare industry partnership prospects through existing networks and market research • Develop and implement strategic plans to organically grow and diversify the provider network • Build and maintain relationships with existing network providers to support satisfaction and retention • Plan and execute Territory Business Plans using in-person visits, meetings, and presentations • Communicate the value propositions of 503A compounding pharmacies and address provider concerns • Gather provider feedback and refine sales strategies • Participate in conferences • Compile and distribute educational materials for prescribers • Coordinate provider training with Clinical Liaisons or ConsultRx • Guide providers on compounding pharmacy regulations, compliance, and quality standards • Execute strategies to increase revenue, market share, and financial target achievement • Monitor performance metrics and financial indicators and adjust tactics • Analyze provider performance, network growth, market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership with insights and recommendations • Develop and execute Territory Business Plans

🎯 Requirements

• Must live in the Phoenix, AZ area • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or 3+ years of compounding or industry experience • Proven experience in provider relations, business development, or sales is required • Compounding pharmacy sales experience is preferred • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels • Proficiency in organizing and executing Territory Business Plans, conferences, and promotional events • Knowledge of compounding pharmacy regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards is a plus • Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions • Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving, goal achievement, and identifying new opportunities • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Must be able to lift 30 pounds at times • Ability to use a computer keyboard, fax machine, and communicate by telephone • Ability to drive or sit for extended periods • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Employment Visa sponsorship or takeover of sponsorship is unavailable
