📋 Description

• Partner closely with our Talent Team and hiring managers across functions. • Coordinate and ensure a seamless candidate experience. • Own the core operational workflows: scheduling interviews across global time zones. • Keep our ATS (we use Ashby) up to date. • Manage candidate communications and onboard new talent. • Contribute process ideas to help us scale efficiently and sustainably. • Work in an asynchronous setup, enabling recruiters to focus on high-impact sourcing and closing.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations in a fast-paced environment. • Experience using Ashby as your ATS. • Highly organized and detail-oriented. • Excellent communicator - clear, professional, proactive. • Problem-solver with a “can-do” mindset. • Adaptable to evolving hiring needs. • Passionate about automation. • Understanding of confidentiality on sensitive information across Recruiting and People Operations. • Located in a timezone between UTC-5 and UTC+1 timezones.
