📋 Description

• Develop budget baselines and maintain cost/schedule integration • Prepare project budgets, schedules, and EACs • Monitor and control project costs and schedules • Perform financial performance analyses, visibility reporting, and variance analysis • Analyze variances and trends and develop new methods and process techniques • Partner with project and program management to track risks, challenges, mitigation activities, EACs, and R&O Register • Monitor project critical paths and coordinate resources • Identify technical, regulatory, and schedule variances and implement corrective actions • Support subcontractor/vendor cost management, including Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, invoicing, payments, and accrual backup • Review subcontractor invoices for accuracy, timeliness, and completion • Ensure subcontractor funding is current, available, and aligned with the prime contract • Report to the Director of Finance and Accounting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience or Master’s degree with 6+ years of professional experience • Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration • Significant experience with MS Office Suite • Must be analytical, possess strong communication and presentation skills, and have the ability to work independently as well as a member of a team • Experience in a federal contracting environment, including FAR/DFAR or other government regulations • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations, Manufacturing, etc.) in a matrixed organization • U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency in the U.S., or protected-individual status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)
