📋 Description

• Complete onboarding, including Figma • Provide feedback on the onboarding experience and identify gaps • Get to know the team and organization • Gain a basic understanding of the problem space • Build relationships with the global UX organization • Contribute to internal design guidelines based on best practices • Develop prototypes, screenshots, and wireframes • Incorporate team feedback into designs • Participate in workshops, interview sessions, survey development, usability testing, and competitor analysis • Present work to stakeholders • Provide customer-derived insights across product teams • Help spread UX concepts across the company

🎯 Requirements

• Curiosity, willingness to try new things, and love of learning • Awareness of UX design and UX research methods • Presentation skills • Ability to effectively communicate in both written and spoken English • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work • Ability to communicate directly with customers and users • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
