📋 Description

• Originate, qualify, and manage corporate structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solution transactions directly with end borrowers and decision-makers • Identify working capital and corporate debt requirements for companies with annual revenue exceeding R$15 million • Interpret projects and financing needs • Maintain continuous origination activity, with a benchmark target of two structured contracts per week • Liaise with credit desks and investment committees to validate proposals • Work with industrial companies and medium-sized and large enterprises

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration • Established, active client portfolio and proven direct relationships with C-level executives, finance directors, and shareholders of medium-sized and large companies with annual revenue exceeding R$15 million • Practical knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset management firms, private funds, and institutional/federal funding lines, such as BNDES and similar institutions • Knowledge of financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering • Ability to interpret complex projects and working capital and corporate debt requirements • Proactivity, commercial acumen, results orientation, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing skills • Highly senior commercial experience serving medium-sized and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active client portfolio and established relationships in the industrial sector • Skills: Sales, Financial Analysis, Sales Consulting, Client Portfolio Management
