• Role: Join Richpanel and lead the GTM for an AI-first Customer Service Platform built to disrupt the $400B BPO market. • Reports to: CEO • Stage: Team of 20. Primarily based in Bangalore, India. We have couple team members in USA and Europe. • Growth: Raised seed round from Sequoia and profitable with over 2,000 US-based brands. • Team: You will be the solo Growth lead, working directly with our CEO, supported by a product designer and Marketing Ops Engineer. • Promotes to: VP of Growth within 18-24 months. • Why now: Richpanel has reached an inflection point — we have product-market fit, rapid growth, and proven GTM success. We've developed groundbreaking AI capabilities unseen in the industry and expect to launch full-fledged self-service products in the next 4-6 months.

This enables you to speak their language and craft appealing offers. • Focused: Use data and customer interviews to understand where our users spend time, what drives their purchasing decisions, and what barriers prevent them from buying. Apply these insights to shape your channel strategy and focus on just those. • Sales Ability: We believe marketing is selling at scale. You should be comfortable taking demos and closing leads end-to-end. Then use this knowledge to do selling at scale. • Run without (much) supervision: Richpanel has a flat org structure, so we expect every person to engage in and interpret company goals, not wait for a to-do list. • Hard Work: You are self-motivated, proactive and positive, with a dedicated work ethic. You don’t shy away from hard work each day.
