📋 Description

• Lead collaboration with Product Managers and Technical Product Managers to refine and prioritize the product backlog • Translate strategic goals into comprehensive user stories with clear acceptance criteria and actionable plans • Validate and ensure that the delivery of product features aligns with organizational objectives and satisfies customer needs • Champion and lead large-scale product implementations across the company, ensuring seamless integration and adoption • Develop and communicate a clear development plan, aligning with both customer needs and business goals • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure cohesive and efficient product development and implementation • Serve as the primary communication liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment with the product vision and implementation goals • Manage expectations throughout the product development and implementation lifecycle • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, addressing any impediments and outlining delivery timelines • Lead and mentor the development team in achieving high performance and continuous improvement • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence within the team • Encourage and lead the team in retrospectives to identify strengths, potential improvements, and strategies for effective change implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development or management with a focus on Agile methodologies, feature delivery, and quality assurance • Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience in coaching and mentoring product owners • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in applying them to enhance product development processes • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering features on time and ensuring high product quality • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
