• Manage and grow Rillet’s customer community (online and offline) • Own and manage our event calendar, planning dinners, unique events and conferences • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to capture and share customer stories. • Create toolkits, resources, and communications that keep finance leaders engaged and supported. • Identify and nurture customer advocates who champion Rillet’s mission.
