📋 Description

• Manage and grow Rillet’s customer community (online and offline) • Own and manage our event calendar, planning dinners, unique events and conferences • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to capture and share customer stories. • Create toolkits, resources, and communications that keep finance leaders engaged and supported. • Identify and nurture customer advocates who champion Rillet’s mission.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in community management, field marketing, or a related role. • Strong project manager who enjoys owning details and delivering programs end-to-end. • Excellent communicator with strong writing and relationship-building skills. • Comfortable facilitating events and conversations — online or in person. • Curious and data-aware: you measure what’s working and adapt quickly. • Self-starter who thrives with ownership, but collaborates well across teams. • Excited by the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the community scales.
