• Embed with enterprise clients to design, build and operationalize agentic AI solutions • Lead technical discovery and translate business problems into engineering deliverables • Design target architectures and select the right substrate per engagement • Write production-grade code and build retrieval pipelines • Implement enterprise-safe agent tool execution • Build evaluation suites and implement production observability • Stay engaged through cutover and the first production iteration cycle • Build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders • Abstract field learnings into reusable patterns and reference architectures
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of professional engineering experience across production systems • 2+ years shipping AI or machine learning systems into production • Proven track record working directly with Fortune 500 or Global 2000 enterprise clients • Enterprise systems-of-record grounding: hands-on experience with an ERP we support (SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, JD Edwards) • Direct SAP or Oracle E-Business Suite experience preferred • Production Python and at least one additional enterprise or full-stack language • SQL and data modelling fluency • Hands-on retrieval-augmented generation • Evaluation suite design for LLM-based systems • Production observability for AI systems • Working knowledge of at least one major agentic AI platform • Exceptional written and verbal communication across technical and executive audiences • High autonomy, resilience and pragmatism in legacy and politically complex environments.
