• The Technical Support Administrator supports the Global Service Delivery team with the operational functions of a full-service global organization • Reports to the Regional Manager in Malaysia • Essential duties include reporting, monitoring contingent workforce engineers, investigating data anomalies, compiling information for client investigations, maintaining engineer data (Skills Matrix, Job Profiles, Training), and facilitating data processes in SharePoint, Salesforce and OneNote • Assist new Engineers with HR onboarding and training tasks; monitor & escalate cases in jeopardy of violating Service Level Agreements; manage on-call schedule in XMatters; document operational processes and quality expectations • Location: Remote - Malaysia; Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience; Language: Fluent Mandarin or Japanese speaking and writing skills; Excellent English speaking and writing skills • Requirements: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, ServiceNow, Qlik, SharePoint, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint; Project Management or Operations focused; Self-starter; team player; strong work ethic; ability to influence senior management; ERP familiarity (SAP, EBS, Oracle); BI tools; strong analytical and presentation skills; MS Office proficiency
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience • Language: Fluent Mandarin or Japanese speaking and writing skills; Excellent English speaking and writing skills • Experience: Experience in a technology-based field; Project Management or operations support experience welcomed • Skills: Proficiency with Salesforce.com (SFDC CRM Application) a plus; Familiarity or experience with ERP systems a plus (SAP, EBS, Oracle); Strong aptitude for utilizing Business Intelligence tools; Strong problem solving, organizational and collaboration skills; Good analytical skills; Excellent written, oral and presentation skills; Strong proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel
