📋 Description
• Investigation and analysis of residential, commercial, and industrial properties • Resolving claims and legal matters • Gathering photographic evidence and documenting on-site conditions • Preparing oral and written reports
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering • 5-7 years minimum experience • PE License, required • Experience handling litigation/investigation, required • Knowledge of fundamental architectural and/or engineering principles • Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing to clients
