⢠Provide technical, administrative, programmatic, and analysis support to the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP) client ⢠Help assess program and scientific impact ⢠Design and execute evaluation activities ⢠Synthesize data into actionable next steps ⢠Collect, clean, and organize program and biomedical research output/outcome data ⢠Analyze datasets, including intellectual property data, to identify trends, patterns, and insights ⢠Create data visualizations, summaries, and briefing materials for scientific and military audiences ⢠Track and manage data-related tasks and deliverables ⢠Document data sources, methods, and outputs ⢠Develop and maintain tools and templates for standardized data management ⢠Respond to data requests, including taskers and program-specific tasks, and monitor centralized communications ⢠Conduct quality checks on datasets and reports ⢠Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify data needs and priorities ⢠Perform other job-related duties as assigned
⢠Bachelor's degree in science, health, healthcare or related area ⢠4+ years of professional experience in a related biomedical or public health field ⢠Electronic database and spreadsheet experience ⢠Ability to prepare and maintain complex spreadsheets ⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills ⢠Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills ⢠Ability to track progress on multiple assigned tasks by priority and communicate potential scheduling issues ⢠Highly efficient and extremely detail oriented, with capacity for detailed organization and synthesis of abstract and disparate information ⢠Ability to work independently and know when to seek assistance ⢠Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity software ⢠Basic knowledge of collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint ⢠NACI clearance ⢠Master's degree in a biomedical-related field (preferred) ⢠Intermediate to advanced Excel skills ⢠Experience with Power Apps building dashboards ⢠Basic knowledge of AI tools, including their limitations and risks, and their application to project management tasks ⢠Experience conducting systematic assessments of program or project inputs, activities, and outputs
