📋 Description

• Be the voice and face of RiseGuide for users: respond to inquiries via email and chat, and in the future — via phone calls; work a rotating schedule (including night shifts) and meet KPIs • Improve support processes: from small changes in macros to testing and launching new tools and flows • Dive deeper into the product than anyone else: quickly master all support flows, identify weak points and help make the service even more convenient and efficient

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ months of experience in Customer Support (candidates from related fields will also be considered) • Fluent English (B2+) — comfortable written and verbal communication with users worldwide • Attention to detail when collecting information to escalate complex issues to the relevant teams (technical support, product, and legal) • Empathy and customer focus — even in difficult situations you leave the user with a positive experience • Rapid adaptability — you view new flows, tools, or processes as a challenge, not an obstacle
