📋 Description

• Lead market research projects from planning through delivery, including competitive, consumer, labor market, and higher education research. • Analyze labor market, enrollment, demographic, employer demand, and competitive intelligence data to identify market opportunities and emerging trends. • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative findings into actionable recommendations for business leaders. • Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI or Tableau. • Work with large datasets from internal systems and external sources including Lightcast, IPEDS, Qualtrics, and other market intelligence platforms. • Translate complex analyses into clear visualizations, presentations, and business recommendations. • Manage multiple research initiatives with minimal oversight and continuously identify opportunities to improve research processes and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Market Research, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in market research, market intelligence, business analytics, or a related field. • Experience developing dashboards in Power BI or Tableau. • Experience working with large datasets and translating findings into business insights. • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and project management skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across strategic and technical teams. • Experience with Lightcast, IPEDS, Qualtrics, or similar research platforms is great to have. • Working knowledge of SQL is great to have. • Familiarity with Databricks or cloud analytics environments is great to have. • Experience in higher education, non-traditional skills based learning, workforce development, consulting, or EdTech is great to have. • Experience using AI tools to enhance research and analysis is great to have.
