📋 Description

• Plan and run CRM campaigns across the casino and sportsbook verticals; • Manage the full player lifecycle, including activation, retention, and reactivation; • Build and maintain player segments based on behavioral and transactional data, including casino activity, betting patterns, and deposit behavior; • Develop personalized communications and offers for different player segments; • Design and run A/B tests to improve engagement, conversion, and retention; • Monitor campaign performance daily and regularly audit CRM activities; • Track and analyze core CRM metrics and campaign contribution to GGR/NGR; • Turn analysis into concrete actions and recommendations that improve CRM results across both verticals; • Support the shift from manual campaigns to automated retention flows; • Process and prioritize stakeholder requests based on business impact; • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and VIP teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on CRM experience in iGaming (casino and/or sportsbook) • Solid understanding of bonus mechanics and their economics, lifecycle funnels, and engagement strategies • Proven track record in segmentation and personalized communication • Hands-on experience with CRM automation platforms • Strong analytical skills - able to pull actionable insights from large datasets and work confidently with core metrics • Intermediate English.
