• This is a remote position. • At RNRS Solutions, we believe in building long-term partnerships with both our people and customers. • Our mission is to support product companies in scaling their business and expanding internationally by providing world-class staffing solutions. • We specialize in recruiting C-level management, sales teams, and business executives, helping our clients secure top-tier talent for critical roles that drive business growth. • We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our recruitment team. • In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent to support our hiring pipelines. • You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and build strong talent pools for current and future needs. • Partner with recruiters to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles • Use various sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, GitHub, etc.) to find and engage passive candidates • Create and maintain candidate pipelines for multiple roles and departments • Track outreach activity and maintain accurate data in the ATS (Ashby) • Stay updated on market trends and competitor insights to inform sourcing strategies.
• 2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (Go to market, Business, C-level, IT or tech-related roles) • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Experience with ATS systems (e.g. Ashby, Zoho Recruit, Lever, Greenhouse) is a plus • English level Intermediate or higher • Nice to Have: Familiarity with European or North American talent markets • Background in agency or high-volume recruiting environments • Analytical mindset and ability to work with sourcing metrics
