📋 Description

• Cooperating with multiple stakeholders (business, architects, developers and QAs in alignment with the target picture to enable sustainable solutions) • Eliciting requirements (functional and non-functional requirements) by cooperating with different stakeholders e.g. architects, developers, testers, business, legal and compliance • Securing requirements traceability during smooth end-to-end development • Being responsible for requirements documentation (incl. use cases) and quality improvement • Supporting testers and developers in the team and hub

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in IT and/or business analysis • Experience in working in the IT industry • Knowledge of the banking sector and HR domain, or at least the financial sector will be an advantage • Experience of using Jira and Confluence • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, and familiar with international collaboration • Practical knowledge of user interface prototyping and design will be an advantage • Have great stakeholder management skills
