📋 Description

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GenAI and agentic AI solutions • Connect AI capabilities to enterprise business outcomes and make invest-versus-defer tradeoffs • Research enterprise user interactions with AI agents, identify trust issues, and test risky assumptions • Drive multi-model architecture tradeoffs with engineering, including quality, cost, and latency targets • Define and own agent behavior, including system prompts, tool schemas, context management, human-in-the-loop boundaries, guardrails, and failure recovery • Build AI prototypes to validate hypotheses and de-risk product decisions • Own backlog management and sprint execution across multiple AI workstreams • Establish agent evaluation frameworks covering task completion, reasoning quality, tool selection, failure recovery, safety, and responsible AI • Partner with engineering on observability, drift detection, prompt versioning, and production readiness • Define agent-level and initiative-level success metrics and report product impact to leadership • Create deployment playbooks, reference architectures, and knowledge-transfer materials • Balance near-term deployment milestones with long-term platform scalability and sustainability • Use AI tools and agentic frameworks such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, LangChain, LangGraph, and AWS Strands • Build relationships with client executives and serve as primary advisor on AI product direction and deployment strategy • Partner with AWS solution architects and account teams on technical approach, service selection, and go-to-market • Manage scope, timelines, expectations, and tradeoffs across competing priorities • Explain AI capabilities and limitations to non-technical stakeholders and manage executive expectations • Establish AI product delivery standards, evaluation practices, and agent design patterns • Mentor senior and mid-level AI product managers • Own difficult AI product decisions on scope, prioritization, HITL boundaries, and shipping readiness • Monitor the competitive GenAI landscape and emerging agentic patterns • Contribute to business development, proposals, and growth of the AI product practice

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, forward deployment, or solutions engineering • Must have shipped AI products from prototype through production at enterprise scale • Strong product sense and ability to make prioritization decisions with incomplete information • Ability to read and engage deeply with Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript code • Ability to evaluate architectures and make product tradeoffs on complex technical constraints • Deep GenAI fluency across LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, context engineering, and evals • Hands-on experience building or shipping agentic systems, including planning, tool use, human-in-the-loop controls, and guardrails • Proven ability to prototype AI solutions using Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot • PM-level fluency across the AWS AI ecosystem, including Bedrock, AgentCore, SageMaker, Strands, Kendra, OpenSearch, Lambda, and Step Functions • Expert experience designing and owning evaluation frameworks for production AI systems • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including clear PRDs, technical specs, and decision logs • Track record of driving alignment with Directors, VPs, and C-level stakeholders on AI product direction • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Software engineering background, agency or consulting delivery experience, or Financial Services, Healthcare, or Life Sciences experience is a plus • Experience contributing to business development, proposals, or AI practice growth is a plus • Production experience with open-source LLMs is a helpful extra • Exposure to multimodal AI is a helpful extra • Emerging voice in the AI product community is a helpful extra • Vertical depth in listed industries is a helpful extra
