📋 Description

• Travel within the assigned territory to provide technical repair and installation for Roche product lines • Provide routine technical support and on-site service to laboratory customers • Repair and install Roche products • Serve as a customer contact for technical and service-related issues • Perform preventative maintenance • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures • Document all activities • Contribute to quality improvement • Maximize customer satisfaction • Serve as an internal technical resource • Provide support after hours and on weekends/holidays • Maintain strong customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma and 2 years of technical school, or equivalent military training or work experience • 5 years of progressive experience repairing or servicing mechanical/system hardware and software, or networking/wireless networking • Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 1–2 years of progressive experience • Successful completion of training or certification as defined by RD Services Leadership and policy • Ability to travel, including overnight travel • Preferred qualifications state 8+ years of progressive experience or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 4+ years of progressive experience • Advanced knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical systems, information technology, and basic chemistry • Ability to serve as an internal technical resource • Ability to provide support after hours and on weekends/holidays • Ability to maintain strong customer relationships • Ideal candidate to live within the territory • Relocation benefits are not available
