• Serve as a key contact in all matters related to partner concerns and needs • Build and strengthen partner relationships to achieve long-term success and consistent business growth • Maintain accurate records, keeping track of account plans, contract dates, renewals, leads, and existing projects • Develop a thorough understanding of Rockbot products and services to enable our partners to upsell and cross-sell to their customers • Onboard new partners and train their teams on the best ways to position Rockbot services into their customer deals.
• Experience with A/V Partner Account Management and business development, specifically when a partner is involved with the sales and implementation processes • Strong problem-solving skills to come up with solutions • Familiarity with Retail Media Networks and in-location advertising • Hands-on Partner Management / Ecosystem experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple projects/partners at once • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong understanding of Salesforce, Google Suite and B2B Media solutions
