📋 Description
• Define the multi-year technical strategy for the next-generation servicing system • Own the architectural direction the vertical will build on for years • Drive alignment across engineering organizations on shared architectural direction • Mentor Principal Engineers with the explicit aim of developing future Distinguished Engineers
🎯 Requirements
• Significant tenure as a senior individual contributor (typically a Principal-or-equivalent track) • Hands-on experience leading platform-building efforts at enterprise scale • Evidence of having owned at least one multi-year technical bet end-to-end • Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science or a related field welcome but secondary to demonstrated impact and recognition
