📋 Description

• Assist the sales team to help attain sales goals • Travel on-site to business-to-business customer locations to assist in selling products and services to end users • Build friendly, professional relationships with on-site contacts and customers while promoting the CustomFit program • Overcome employee objections to the CustomFit service model • Provide employees with safety footwear information and product advice • Collaborate with Key Account Executives, RAMs, and the Inside Sales Support team • Assist in resolving customer complaints by communicating with appropriate team members

🎯 Requirements

• The ability to travel 80% of the time and overnight • Ability to Speak both English and Spanish fluently • Valid Driver’s License is required • PC skills including intermediate skill level of experience using Microsoft Suite applications • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow • Strong time management and multitasking abilities • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds • Must be able to secure a rental car • Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred but not required • Previous experience in sales is a plus, but individuals looking to start their career are also considered
