📋 Description

• Work with the Marketing Manager to understand project needs and create high-impact design solutions from creative briefs • Create designs for logos, print and digital advertising, catalogs, point of purchase materials, packaging, exhibits, displays, events, corporate communications, corporate identity, web, and social • Collaborate with a multi-departmental team researching, developing, and launching new product collections • Participate in meetings and collaborate across the organization to establish marketing strategies • Translate marketing objectives into creative strategies • Develop design briefs by gathering information and data • Execute marketing campaign projects from conception to completion, including POP, packaging, print advertising, catalogs, line sheets, price lists, and collateral • Work with vendors to secure accurate print and production quotes • Design label and packaging materials for new products and distribute art and instructions to factories via a product line management enterprise tool • Create national trade show graphics and materials with the Marketing Manager and Trade Show Coordinator • Manage and organize marketing assets, including artwork, presentations, and lifestyle photography • Assist with project administration • Ensure graphics and messages align with brand image and standards • Utilize a wide range of media in design • Keep abreast of current trends and innovative technologies • Maintain expenses within budget limits

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or equivalent from a four-year college with course work in Graphic Design or marketing related courses; or four (4) to six (6) years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Two (2) to three (3) years of related experience • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Microsoft applications including PowerPoint • Superior written, oral, and presentation skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines • Knowledge and/or familiarity with the outdoor space is a plus
