📋 Description
• Write, test, and deploy accurate and resilient software solutions • Understand customer problems to develop effective solutions • Collaborate with teammates to share and improve work • Clearly communicate and document work • Support systems in production and resolve customer-impacting incidents and issues • Suggest code and process improvements to increase team effectiveness
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years as a software engineer • Experience in Ruby on Rails or equivalent • Familiarity with React/React Native or equivalents • Eagerness to work closely with your team in a collaborative environment • Curiosity in clearly defining the customer problem that needs to be solved • Excellent communication skills with engineering colleagues and team stakeholders • Must be on camera for virtual interviews
