🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, etc.) is preferred but not required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while assisting customers • Reliable computer (Windows or Mac) and high-speed internet connection • Quiet workspace free from distractions • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
