📋 Description
• Own the internal systems that let Rootstock engineers ship production Salesforce code fast and ship it correct • Extend and deepen autonomous coding pipelines • Own root-cause engine and evaluations • Maintain foundational architectural decision records • Build TDD tooling that changes behavior • Decide on the next generation of quality and safety hooks
🎯 Requirements
• A strong systems and types thinker • Real fluency with AI-assisted and agentic development • Solid programming fundamentals • Comfort building developer tooling, CI/CD, and orchestration • Salesforce and Apex experience is a plus
