📋 Description

• Lead and execute vendor sourcing negotiations for projects and purchases with annual spend up to $500,000 • Work with Partners, Line of Business Leaders, Directors, and Managers across RSM • Review, redline, and negotiate commercial vendor contracts, including cloud/SaaS, on-premises software, master service agreements, statements of work, and non-disclosure agreements • Lead vendor negotiations and ensure information security and privacy due diligence • Ensure contracts comply with Finance requirements • Conduct legal review of contracts negotiated by the sourcing team • Understand how vendor programs and products will be used to improve operations or productivity • Coordinate with RSM leaders and external vendors • Ensure contract language meets operational objectives • Provide status updates and prepare contract risk summaries • Coach business and functional leaders on negotiation tactics • Assist with contract interpretation involving termination provisions, service-level performance, and software license compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent through a combination of education or work experience • 3–5 years of strategic sourcing experience • 3 years of project management experience • Experience leading negotiation of vendor agreements • Knowledge of information technology concepts • Knowledge of privacy concepts • Strong analytical and contract negotiation skills • Strong price analysis and modeling skills for comparing vendor proposals and RFP responses • Contract redlining skills • Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and word processing • Superior oral and written communication skills • Ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels • Exceptional listening skills
