📋 Description

• Analyze healthcare claims, remittance, and payment data to support client engagements • Perform detailed analyses to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of analytical outputs and client deliverables • Support Interest & Penalties and Physician Underpayment solution lines • Use SQL, Snowflake, and BI tools to investigate data, validate results, and answer business questions • Interpret healthcare transaction data, including 835 Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) and 837 Claims • Apply knowledge of reimbursement methodologies, payer adjudication, payment posting, denials, and revenue cycle workflows when evaluating analytical outcomes • Present findings and analytical insights to client stakeholders • Respond to questions regarding analytical results and reimbursement concepts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, or a related field • 3–6 years of healthcare analytics, revenue cycle analytics, reimbursement analysis, payment integrity, healthcare consulting, or related experience • Experience working with healthcare claims, remittance, and payment data • Familiarity with X12 transaction standards, including 835 and 837 files • Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation • Experience using Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms • Dedicated, distraction-free workspace at home • Valid government-issued photo ID required during screening and/or interviews • Applicants located in AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, ME, MI, MO, MS, NC, NM, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, or WV are given priority
