📋 Description

• Ensure compliant integration of GTS functionality (i.e., Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management) across US and non-US P&W locations, including testing and validation of new initiatives (e.g., plant creation, new business activity, system upgrades) • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable processes for the compliant upkeep of GT master data that underpins GTS functionality (e.g., Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes, Export Control Numbers (ECN), Sanctioned Party and Embargo lists) • Develop and update guidance and other instructional materials for GT processes and requirements related to P&W ERP system(s) requirements, including GTS • Publish robust standard procedures for compliant management and use of GTS • Develop intake process for logging and resolving issues relating to use of GTS application, leveraging data to inform improvement initiatives • Support SAP and GTS initiatives as part of enterprise upgrade to S4HANA and E4H, with a focus on change management planning • Partner with GT’s Process Performance and Quality Control (PPQC) team to develop processes for GTS data extracts in support of KPI development and monitoring • Provide GTS subject matter expertise support to GT Investigations and Audit teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience with SAP/GTS or similar applications • Advanced Degree and 7+ years of experience with SAP/GTS or similar applications • 2+ years of experience with implementation, configuration, and/or functional oversight of one or more GTS modules, preferably Compliance Management • Operational/process design experience, with a focus on transactions processed through SAP and GTS • Experience with navigating and integrating data from disparate sources (e.g., SQL, Databricks, Access) • Prior experience working within relevant areas of GT compliance (e.g., export authorizations, export classifications, HTS classifications)
