📋 Description

• Maximize the value of supply chain solutions by prioritizing the product backlog, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery • Provide technical solutions to difficult problems consistent with organizational objectives • Collaborate with teams to determine, recommend, and develop solutions • Implement solutions within cost and schedule using proven and innovative practices • Communicate with inter-organizational and outside customer contacts at executive management level • Coordinate with customers and team members to ensure problem resolution, risk reduction, and user satisfaction • Draft and publish training materials, train users, and maintain applications • Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain systems or subsystem solutions using internally created and commercial off-the-shelf products • Draft Business Cases, Project Charters, Requirements Specifications, Design Documents, Test Plans, Training, RASCIs, Risk and Opportunity Analysis, and Stakeholder Analysis • Develop ROI and manage project scope, budget, and time constraints

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience • Agile product ownership experience • Experience collecting and documenting system requirements and business processes • Professional experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations • Residence and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories • Preferred: experience in Supply Chain, Property and Logistics • Preferred: strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Preferred: SAP, FIORI UX, and JIRA experience • Preferred: general knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, and/or ad-hoc reporting • Preferred: certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PMI-PBA, CPIM, or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) • Preferred: experience writing test cases and system testing • Preferred: Core Specialist, Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
