It serves patients directly and partners with employers, health plans, and health systems, and emphasizes clinical standards, provider reviews, and ongoing professional development.

📋 Description

• Conducting privacy impact assessments • Executing incident triage and investigations • Ensuring vendor practices respect patient data • Applying practical knowledge of HIPAA, state health privacy laws, and emerging digital health practices • Collaborating with product, engineering, and clinical teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional compliance and data privacy experience, including at least 2-3 years focused specifically within a healthcare environment subject to HIPAA/HITECH regulations • Hands-on experience executing Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and managing the full lifecycle of a privacy incident or breach, from intake through investigation • Strong working knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and state-level medical privacy regulations • Proven track record collaborating with Information Security or IT teams on risk tracking and security incident review • Experience building or improving privacy operational processes, controls, or governance mechanisms within a healthcare setting
