📋 Description
• Gerenciar e dar suporte a ambientes Microsoft Exchange Server, incluindo monitoramento, clustering e alta disponibilidade/recuperação de desastres (HA/DR). • Solucionar e resolver problemas relacionados à mensageria, garantindo desempenho e confiabilidade ideais. • Implementar e manter soluções de higienização de e-mails, preferencialmente Proofpoint. • Gerenciar soluções de arquivamento de e-mails e garantir conformidade com políticas organizacionais. • Manter-se atualizado sobre as melhores práticas e tendências em tecnologias de mensageria.
🎯 Requirements
• De 3 a 5 anos de experiência em mensageria, especificamente com Microsoft Exchange Server 2016/2019. • Habilidade comprovada em solução de problemas e sólido conhecimento em higienização de e-mails. • Experiência com Windows Server 2012, 2016 e 2019. • Excelentes habilidades analíticas e de resolução de problemas. • Boas habilidades de comunicação em inglês, escrita e verbal.
