📋 Description

• Sit with creative, technical, and executive customer teams to identify blockers to production • Build proofs of concept, tailored demos, workflows, plugins, and integrations • Convert one-off customer solutions into reusable products • Own evaluation plans and guide managed trials • Carry the technical side of deal cycles with Account Executives • Scope and manage 4–12 week customer deployments • Move customers from signed contract to first production call quickly • Grow API-only accounts into Platform + API customers • Improve onboarding and reduce support tickets • Present technical pipelines and production plans to executives and analysts • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Creative to inform the roadmap • Track customer outcomes including time to production, usage, and shipped work in Salesforce and the data warehouse

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing technical work • Production software development experience using Python or TypeScript • Experience with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines • Ability to read, debug, and explain code line by line • Experience shipping workflows, integrations, plugins, or internal tools used by customers • Experience deploying AI or ML systems and integrations inside complex organizations • Ability to translate between executive and engineering audiences • Willingness to travel to customer locations • Nice to have: SQL, BigQuery, or Retool experience • Nice to have: experience in media, entertainment, or advertising production • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States
