📋 Description

• Provide a sounding board for consequential business and leadership decisions • Participate in facilitated peer sessions by video and in person • Examine real business challenges with other leaders • Contribute experience, judgement and perspectives to peers • Bring genuine business or leadership issues for peer discussion • Listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions and challenge constructively • Share relevant experience, including setbacks and lessons learned • Recognise that different enterprise circumstances may require different approaches • Maintain confidentiality and handle information responsibly • Review and potentially change circle composition as members’ needs and businesses evolve • Participate in the RutherfordINTEL Assessment if invited • Potentially facilitate a circle, subject to separate suitability review

🎯 Requirements

• CEO, president or owner-manager with decision responsibility for an enterprise • Seeking independent perspectives on business strategy, growth, succession, transformation and leadership • Willingness to examine assumptions, share relevant experience and receive constructive challenge • Ability to commit time to preparation, attendance and follow-through • Based in Canada, the United States or the United Kingdom • Ability to honour agreed confidentiality and disclose potential conflicts • Must avoid uninvited selling or solicitation within the circle • Must follow through on personal commitments and report back honestly • Competitively sensitive information, including pricing and bids, must not be shared • Membership is fee-based; members pay to participate and are not remunerated for contributing to peers
