🎯 Requirements

• 5 –15 years of experience in People Operations, specializing in building high-performing teams of field employees. • Experience in the culinary or hospitality industries is highly preferred. • Proven track record of implementing successful training and development programs, with multiple examples demonstrating a positive impact on employee performance, retention, and organizational goals. • A strong vision and innovative ideas for building exceptional teams, organizations, and workplace cultures. • Results-driven and high-achieving, with a strong commitment to excellence • Excited to work in a small company, start-up environment
