📋 Description

• Review and process bind requests accurately and on time • Validate application data against carrier system entries and update information as needed • Bind coverage within carrier platforms according to underwriting direction and carrier guidelines • Complete required filings and binding documentation • Verify binding documentation meets quality and compliance standards • Partner with underwriters, retail agents, and carrier representatives • Respond to inquiries regarding binding status, requirements, and discrepancies • Resolve issues, prevent delays, and escalate complex discrepancies appropriately • Manage assigned bind request workload to meet service levels and turnaround times • Ensure compliance with company policies, carrier guidelines, and regulatory requirements • Identify data issues and take corrective action • Support process improvements and standard operating procedures • Assist with onboarding and training new team members • Collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiency and standardization • Share knowledge and best practices across the team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, or a related role • Exposure to transportation insurance or ability to quickly learn transportation-specific workflows • Strong attention to detail with focus on data accuracy and quality control • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to manage escalated or complex tasks • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and OneNote is helpful • Experience in a centralized processing or shared services environment is helpful but not required
