• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation & acceptance completion of hourly warehouse associates throughout the Ryder network • Administrating defined external/internal recruitment processes • Meeting Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts
🎯 Requirements
• H.S. diploma/GED • Two (2) years or more experience • Full life-cycle recruiting experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook); intermediate level
