📋 Description

• Conduct a full audit of our current Google Ads account (Search, Shopping, P-Max) to identify immediate opportunities for optimization. • Execute a daily routine of keyword mining and expansion, focusing on moving phrase/broad match converters to exact match campaigns. • Analyze and optimize our product feed for Google Shopping, ensuring our delivery times, pricing, and extensions are best-in-class to maximize conversion. • Manage a significant daily budget to hit aggressive new customer acquisition targets while maintaining target ROAS. • Provide a daily report on key metrics: new keywords added, impression share on top 50 keywords, CTR, CVR, and new orders generated.

🎯 Requirements

• An expert-level executor with a proven track record of scaling SEM spend profitably for e-commerce businesses. • You live in Google Ads and Google Merchant Center; you know all the levers to pull. • You are deeply analytical and data-driven. You speak in terms of impression share, CVR, and ROAS, not just "adjusting bids." • You thrive on a daily task list and are obsessed with hitting daily targets. • You don't need a strategist; you need a plan to execute flawlessly.
