📋 Description

• Own the growth roadmap for an assigned eCom store or brand, focused on revenue growth • Execute hands-on across email marketing, CRO, offers, and other growth levers as needed • Identify and test opportunities to increase conversion rate, AOV, and repeat purchase rate • Collaborate with the brand's existing team (creative, ads, fulfillment) to align on growth priorities • Track performance and report on what is working, what is not, and what is next • Move quickly between tasks, doing the groundwork yourself rather than delegating

🎯 Requirements

• Experience growing an eCom or DTC brand's revenue, ideally toward consistent 6-figure revenue • Operator-first: hands-on, generalist skill set across email marketing, CRO, and other growth levers • Comfortable being the one doing the work, not just directing others • Leadership or team management experience is a plus, but secondary to hands-on execution • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on revenue impact • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote, async environment
