• Support the drafting, review, and editing of contract-related documentation for U.S. Government (USG) prime contracts, including requests for subcontracting approvals and modifications to prime awards. • Coordinate with Program Management, Subject Matter Experts, and Finance teams to gather required details and documentation to support timely submission of requests to funding agencies. • Assist with ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and prime contract terms and conditions. • Contribute to the preparation and negotiation of subawards, subcontracts, and consultant agreements, ensuring alignment with prime award requirements. • Track and monitor the status of contract actions, including approvals and modifications, helping to ensure deadlines are met. • Maintain organized contract files and documentation to ensure audit readiness and internal tracking. • Provide general administrative and operational support to the GCM team as assigned.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience required. • Experience supporting contract management in a biomedical research and development environment strongly preferred. • Working knowledge of or experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), agency supplements, and/or 2 CFR 200 Uniform Guidance preferred. • Demonstrated computer proficiency, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, SharePoint), Adobe Acrobat, Zoom video conferencing, and conducting internet searches. • Salesforce experience or similar software preferred. • Smartsheet experience or similar software preferred. • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills (active listening, writing, speaking). • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage complex tasks, process information quickly, analyze, and solve problems; and ability to work independently. • Highly organized, flexible, dependable and able to prioritize competing demands to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work across the organization, building strong relationships with colleagues over geographical distance. • Listens carefully to feedback and comments and adapts plans and actions accordingly. • Must demonstrate interest in furthering Sabin’s mission. • Superior service orientation.
