📋 Description

• Understand each job seeker's career goals and technical background. • Conduct detailed profile review sessions. • Identify strengths, skill gaps, and positioning opportunities. • Recommend the most suitable placement strategy. • Work closely with candidates to improve their professional branding by: Resume Optimization, ATS Resume Enhancement, LinkedIn Profile Optimization, Cover Letter Development, Professional Summary Improvement, Skills Optimization. • Market candidate profiles across multiple recruitment channels, including: LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, ZipRecruiter. • Maintain continuous communication with assigned candidates. • Coordinate the complete interview process, including: Interview Scheduling, Calendar Coordination, Candidate Preparation, Interview Reminders, Feedback Collection, Follow-ups. • Assist candidates during the offer stage by helping with: Offer Review, Employment Documents.
