📋 Description

• Own Nomad Insurance end-to-end, including product strategy, user experience, growth goals, and operational execution • Scale Nomad Insurance from $30m to $300m • Serve as the voice of Nomad Insurance customers and improve their experience • Define product goals, prioritize features, and drive product improvements with the product team • Lead and mentor the Nomad Insurance team across growth, engineering, and design • Keep the team organized, joyful, and productive • Manage key internal and external relationships needed to run the product successfully • Align product and growth goals with the company’s broader strategy and vision

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in product management or as an entrepreneur • Entrepreneurial mindset, with high agency and risk-taking ability • Strong problem-solving ability and execution skills • Solid leadership skills and ability to rally people around a clear vision while helping others grow • Organized and results-oriented, with ability to plan projects, gather resources, and follow through despite challenges • Strong product intuition and ability to build products users love • Desire to help build a global social safety net on the Internet • Independent thinking rather than copying others • Willingness to try new things despite risk of failure • Intellectual curiosity and openness to new ideas • Creativity and boldness in solving problems • Strong integrity and commitment to doing the right thing
