📋 Description

• Participate in and successfully pass a structured training program on HomebuilderONE • Follow structured plans to support HomebuilderONE implementations • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting • Support system rollout and post-implementation support • Attend client meetings to observe and learn the implementation process • Provide customer service using established communication protocols • Document and track project progress using Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams • Continuously develop HomebuilderONE knowledge and stay updated on product enhancements • Work with experienced consultants to support successful project execution

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in software implementation preferred • Background in the homebuilding or construction industry preferred but not required • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to follow structured processes • Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments • Willingness to learn • Some travel involved • Ability to use Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams for project documentation and tracking
