📋 Description

• Design and run community programs that drive awareness, participation, and retention. • Support in planning and hosting meetups, hackathons, and workshops; manage logistics and partnerships. • Recruit and lead local Ambassadors to promote Sahara AI within their networks. • Build relationships with Web3 KOLs, AI builders, and academic or student communities. • Manage Discord, Telegram, Naver Blog, and other local channels to sustain engagement. • Collaborate with Marketing to localize campaigns, content, and community updates. • Track growth metrics (members, engagement, contributors) and share insights. • Coordinate influencer partnerships and ensure consistent brand presence. • Support press outreach and local media communication.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in community management, developer relations, or event operations (AI/Web3 preferred). • Strong understanding of Korea’s AI and blockchain ecosystem. • Skilled in social channel management and engagement strategies. • Proven event-planning experience from concept to execution. • Passion for decentralized AI and emerging technologies. • Fluent in Korean and proficient in English.
