📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and their families reaching out to Sailor Health • Guide older adults and caregivers through the intake process • Provide patient support, care coordination, and emotional guidance • Help patients navigate the journey into care, including matching them with the right therapist • Ensure patients feel supported, understood, and confident throughout the process • Manage multiple patients at different stages and maintain accurate follow-through • Learn and use Google Workspace, EHR platforms, and CRM tools • Take initiative and help shape key processes within a small, agile team

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Canada • Empathetic and clear communication skills • Active listening and ability to support people during difficult or emotional conversations • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to manage multiple patients at different stages • Comfortable learning Google Workspace, EHR platforms such as Healthie, and CRMs such as HubSpot • Ability to learn new software quickly • Interest in improving mental health care access for older adults • Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support is welcome but not required • Comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours • Willingness to work one of the listed 9a–6p ET or 12p–9p ET shifts
