🎯 Requirements

• Based in Canada • Empathetic and clear communication skills • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills • Comfortable learning and using Google Workspace, EHR systems, and CRMs • Interest in improving care for older adults • Ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours • Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support is welcome but not required
