📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients or their families reaching out to Sailor Health • Guide older adults and caregivers through the intake process • Provide warm, clear, and professional patient support • Coordinate care throughout the intake journey • Help patients match with the right therapist • Provide emotional guidance and reassurance during the transition into care • Manage patients at different stages of the process • Help older adults and their families feel supported and understood

🎯 Requirements

• Strong empathy and clear communication skills • Active listening and ability to make people feel at ease during difficult or emotional conversations • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to manage multiple patients at different stages of the process • Comfortable learning Google Workspace, EHR platforms such as Healthie, and CRMs such as HubSpot • Ability to learn new software quickly • Interest in mental health and healthcare access • Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support is welcome but not required • Must be based in Canada • Ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours • Availability for one of the listed Monday–Friday, Wednesday–Sunday, or Saturday–Wednesday shifts, from either 9 a.m.–6 p.m. ET or 12 p.m.–9 p.m. ET
