🎯 Requirements

• Canada-based candidates only • Full-time availability • Empathetic and clear communication • Active listening and ability to support people during difficult or emotional conversations • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to manage multiple patients at different stages • Comfortable learning Google Workspace, EHR platforms such as Healthie, and CRMs such as HubSpot • Ability to quickly learn new software • Interest in mental health and healthcare access • Eastern Time Zone working hours • Willingness to work one of the specified 9a–6p ET or 12p–9p ET shifts
