📋 Description

• Review incoming resumes and applications to identify candidates worth advancing • Conduct clinician interviews, often running back-to-back calls throughout the working day • Evaluate candidates' clinical, behavioral, and operational fit against Provider Growth team rubrics • Keep clinicians informed and engaged throughout the hiring process • Provide a high-quality candidate experience • Manage the recruitment pipeline in the applicant tracking system • Keep candidate stages, notes, and statuses accurate and current • Partner with the Provider Growth team to coordinate smooth handoffs at each pipeline stage, including offers and onboarding • Help identify exceptional therapists and psychologists passionate about serving older adults

🎯 Requirements

• Part-time availability of approximately 20–25 hours per week • Ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours • Strong resume and application screening judgment • Experience or ability to conduct clinician interviews and assess clinical, behavioral, and operational fit • Ability to maintain accurate candidate stages, notes, and statuses in an applicant tracking system • Ability to coordinate candidate handoffs across recruitment pipeline stages • Warm, personable approach and ability to build rapport quickly • Strong organizational skills and timely follow-up • Flexibility in a fast-paced environment with back-to-back calls • Adaptability as priorities change
