📋 Description

• Review incoming resumes and applications to identify candidates worth advancing • Conduct clinician interviews and assess clinical, behavioral, and operational fit • Keep clinicians informed and engaged throughout the hiring process • Provide a five-star candidate experience at every touchpoint • Maintain accurate candidate stages, notes, and statuses in the applicant tracking system • Partner with the Provider Growth team to smoothly hand off candidates between pipeline stages, including offers and onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Part-time schedule of approximately 20–25 hours per week, with exact hours flexible based on candidate availability and business need • Warm and personable, building authentic rapport quickly with clinicians • Strong judgment to evaluate clinical ability and temperament from resumes and interviews • Organized, with accurate and timely candidate data, notes, and follow-ups • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment • Ability to conduct back-to-back interviews throughout the working day • Ability to evaluate clinical, behavioral, and operational fit against recruiting rubrics • Comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours • Must be based in Canada
